Barre Classes offer a full body strengthening and stretching workout utilising the Ballet Barre as the main prop.  

A huge emphasis is placed on creating strong feet, knees, legs and butts - with the focus on the spine, posture, alignment and the concept of standing strong out of your feet and legs.  An excellent energetic, low impact standing workout.  

Arms and shoulders are strengthened and a full round of abdominal work is included.  

Prepare to be lengthened, toned and stretched, and to leave taller and lighter!
