Beginner Matclasses are for those new to Pilates or those who would like to review the fundamentals after a break in practicing Pilates.  These classes focus on the Pilates fundamentals and technique in a group matclass environment.  They are designed to give you an introduction to the basics principles and concepts of Pilates, whilst teaching you the beginner level exercises.  

We currently offer Beginner Matclasses on Mondays at 11:40am and Fridays at 11:10am.
