Beginner Pilates Group Classes
Beginner Group Classes are for those new to Pilates or those who would like to review the fundamentals after a break in practicing Pilates. These classes focus on the Pilates Basics in a small group matclass environment. These classes are designed to give you an introduction to the basics principles and concepts of Pilates, whilst teaching you the Beginner exercises.
Our next round of Beginner Classes commences on Monday 4th September.
Starting September, we will have Monday 920am and Friday 1110am Beginner Classes (and more times subject to demand).
