SUMMER 2018

The Cobham Pilates "Summer Schedule" operates from Monday 16th July until Friday 31st August.   

Summer is a very special time at Cobham Pilates!   Whether you are a regular client at Cobham Pilates,  have done Pilates elsewhere but are new to Cobham Pilates, or you are totally new to Pilates and want to get started - we would love to have you join us in what is quite a chilled out, but super energetic and FUN time at the Studio!  

Over the Summer, the Studio is open for classes and lessons every single day.  

However, our Reception and Booking desk only operate remotely during the Summer period.  This means that you can ring us on 01932-588707 and leave a voicemail and we will get right back to you.  Or you can email us on reception@cobhampilates.com and we can book you in via email.  This email is monitored 7 days a week all Summer long.  

You can also book yourself into classes via any of the HOW TO BOOK SUMMER CLASSES options listed below.    

For those new to Cobham Pilates, we are also very happy to arrange a time to come in and show you the Studio personally and have a chat about what might work best for you on your Pilates journey.  Just email or leave a voicemail and we can arrange this at any point throughout the Summer!  

A BIT ABOUT OUR SUMMER CLASSES:

Note that our classes are multi-level in the Summer holidays.   The classes are small and the teacher ensures every client is challenged to their full ability. These classes are appropriate for ALL levels with the following considerations:

Matclasses - you must have had a least one term of Beginner Matclasses and have no significant injuries or limitations. 

Reformer Classes - you must have had a minimum of one term of Reformer Beginner classes, or 10 private lessons or permission of a Cobham Pilates member of staff, AND no significant injuries or limitations. 

Springboard Classes - these are open to all clients who have had one term of Mat or Reformer Classes, or 10 private lessons or permission of a Cobham Pilates member of staff AND no significant injuries or limitations. 

FOR THOSE TOTALLY NEW TO PILATES:  For those new to Pilates, we suggest private lessons to get started.  Depending on when you begin in the Summer and how often you attend, we would try to ready you to merge into Summer classes at some point.   Group classes for Beginners start back up in September.   Best is to contact us on reception@cobhampilates.com and we will contact you to discuss the best way forward! 

PRIVATE LESSONS, Duets, Trios and Privates Group Classes (grab some friends!)  are available 7 days a week throughout the Summer!   Private lessons can be booked via email or telephone as per below. 

TO ACCESS THE STUDIO:  Note that you need a door code to access the Studio for all classes and lessons.  Once you have booked a lesson, we will send this to you. 

HOW TO BOOK SUMMER CLASSES:

1)  Via the Cobham Pilates APP which can be downloaded from the Apple or Android Stores. 

2)  Via our Website here.  Please note that you need to change the date (via the pink calendar button) to the date you want to book!
