Springboard Classes are our newest offering at Cobham Pilates and have opened this past Spring to rave reviews.
This fabulous piece of equipment is basically a wall mounted Pilates Cadillac!
Offering both spring resistance and assistance for every single exercise, Springboards are an amazing way to:
• add resistance to traditional pilates matwork creating an even greater challenge and sense of connection
• add assistance in the form of springs to enable you to slow the focus on the precision of the work.
• offer endless options for standing and functional work which we all need so much
• fully stretch the body.
Springboard Classes are for all levels and everyone is welcome. Maximum 6 per class.
You can book these classes on a termly basis, but we welcome drop in clients to Springboard as well!
