We offer more than 40 weekly Mat, Reformer and Springboard Classes – leveled by ability, both IN STUDIO and LIVE on ZOOM. We specialize in expert private tuition, working with a huge spectrum of clients from the super fit to those recovering from injury. We are particularly passionate about “pre-habilitation” for injury prevention and sports performance for athletes.
