Cobham Pilates was established more 15 years ago with the goal of bringing world class Pilates to Cobham, Surrey.

We offer more than 40 weekly Mat, Reformer and Springboard Classes – leveled by ability, both IN STUDIO and LIVE on ZOOM.  We specialize in expert private tuition, working with a huge spectrum of clients from the super fit to those recovering from injury. We are particularly passionate about “pre-habilitation” for injury prevention and sports performance for athletes.

Our outstanding team of world class teachers, all of whom hold internationally recognised certifications, cannot wait to accompany you on your Pilates journey.

Pilates Mat

Group Matclasses are recommended for those who have no serious injuries, who like the social aspect of a class environment and who can commit to a scheduled time most weeks.


The Pilates Reformer is a machine that offers resistance and assistance, allowing you to take your body to the next level.


This fabulous piece of equipment is basically a wall mounted Pilates Cadillac, with various levels of springs which challenge your body in entirely new ways.

HIP Pilates

HIP Pilates (TM) is a more dynamic form of Pilates that combines the precision and focus of a traditional Pilates session with the dynamic energy of a high intensity workout.
