Anna first came to pilates through her training in contemporary dance. Her love for the Pilates Method really grew when pilates was the key practice in a period of rehabilitation from injury. Not long after this Anna went on to train as a pilates teacher with Body Control Pilates.
Anna’s understanding of her practise as a teacher deepened with a move to Lyon, France, where she taught group classes and private lessons to a wonderfully varied, multinational clientele.
Anna is passionate about making movement accessible to all, and has first hand experience of the benefits of Pilates for people from all walks of life and of all physical abilities. Anna’s classes are designed to bring about awareness, ease of movement and challenge for the body in motion.
